Organization Structure

The organization of GoEarthFriendly! itself will recognize that a new way of rewarding employees is in line with a new way of operating in the 21st century.  GoEarthFriendly! will add people to its organization and pledges that the highest paid employee will not make more than 10 times the lowest paid employee.  That all positions will be involved in all the decision making through the application of the Democratic Team Organization and that all growth will be distributed according to the internal tenets of the organization and not for the benefit of those who are not involved in the operation of the organization.
